At Siplits, we want your home to look and feel its best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item is not a custom-made or personalized home decor piece.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at support@siplits.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely (especially fragile decor) and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you received an item and would like to swap it for a different style or color, please follow the return process above and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized decor items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Home decor items can sometimes be fragile. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged/Incorrect Items: Siplits will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
