1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free and paid shipping options within the United States to ensure your home decor pieces arrive in perfect condition:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your home.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the safe delivery of fragile home decor items.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Siplits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@siplits.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing Items

If your package has not arrived within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
