We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item was purchased within the last 30 days

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@siplits.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 24 Business Hours with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and note the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5.Change Of Mind 

If you change your mind after placing an order:

Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund with no questions asked.

After Delivery
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • The product shows no signs of damage, scratches, or use
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is presented

Non-Returnable Situations
Change of mind returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, tested, or assembled
  • Original packaging has been discarded or damaged
  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery

Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products / downloadable content

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items returned after the 30 Days return window

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 Days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
