1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — 3-5 business days —  Free 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries/regions: Only USA

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 Days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@siplits.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
